1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bc11 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the bc11 website located at bc11.bet and all associated services, products, games, and features available thereon.
By creating an account on bc11, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Platform.

1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms (if any translation is made available), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bc11 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bc11 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bc11 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bc11 or any affiliated gaming platform.
- You have not previously had a bc11 account closed for breach of these Terms.
2.1 Age Verification
bc11 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process that includes age verification. You may register and make deposits prior to completing KYC, but withdrawals will be suspended until full identity and age verification is complete. bc11 uses National ID card (NID) verification as its primary age verification method. Documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate where the date of birth is legible and matches the information provided at registration.
2.2 Underage Access
If bc11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, bc11 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the account balance, and conduct a full KYC review. If underage access is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits may be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible, and any winnings credited to the account will be forfeited in full. bc11 may report confirmed cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
3 Account Registration & KYC
To access the full range of bc11 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The registration process requires, at minimum, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh and a password of your choosing. You agree to keep all registration information current and to update it promptly if it changes.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold exactly one active bc11 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, bc11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
3.2 KYC Requirements
Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. To complete KYC, you must submit:
- A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).
- A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your ID document.
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number) where required by bc11's compliance team.

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bc11 will never contact you and ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bc11 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bc11 processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process funds in any foreign currency. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the limits and conditions set out below and as displayed in the bc11 Cashier at the time of the transaction.
4.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and internet banking via supported Bangladeshi banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional KYC verification. 4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the name on the verified bc11 account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. bc11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard / Internet Banking: Typically 1–3 business days.
bc11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts flagged by the fraud detection system. During such checks, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state, and bc11 will contact you via your registered mobile number or email address.
4.3 Refused Transactions
bc11 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction cannot be verified. In such cases, bc11 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
bc11 offers various bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your bc11 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies that they apply to the sum of the deposit and bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or other techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; and making low-risk bets (such as simultaneously betting on all outcomes of an event) for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, bc11 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
bc11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated expiry date, bc11 will endeavour to honour any bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of withdrawal, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bc11 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the following standards of conduct at all times. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Registering more than one account or accessing bc11 on behalf of another person without their express consent and proper disclosure to bc11.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or bc11 staff via any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Attempting to access areas of the bc11 platform or its underlying systems that you are not authorised to access.
- Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the bc11 platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
6.1 Player Responsibilities Regarding Local Law
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bc11 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bc11 makes no representation that its services are appropriate, available, or legal in all locations. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the platform. bc11 accepts no liability for any legal consequences that arise from a player's decision to use the platform in contravention of applicable local law.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the bc11 platform — including but not limited to the bc11 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game assets, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bc11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.1 Limited Licence
bc11 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bc11 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform; sell or exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes; or use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data collection tools on the platform.
7.2 Game Provider Content
Games available on bc11 are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of the respective game providers. bc11 does not claim ownership over any third-party game content.
7.3 Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments to bc11 regarding the platform or its services, you grant bc11 an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the platform without any obligation to compensate you or to maintain confidentiality in respect of it.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
bc11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bc11 reasonably determines that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
- The player is under the age of 18.
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
- Continued operation of the account poses a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to bc11.
- The player has multiple accounts in breach of the one account policy.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your bc11 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Effect of Closure on Responsible Gaming Restrictions
If your account is closed as a result of a self-exclusion request, the self-exclusion will remain in effect for the duration specified at the time of the request. bc11 will take reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players are not contacted with marketing communications during the exclusion period and that any new account registration attempts from known self-excluded individuals are identified and closed.
8.3 Disputes Regarding Account Closure

During a pending dispute review, the account closure decision stands and the account remains inaccessible to the player.
